Cancellation Policy

𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 • 𝙉𝙤𝙣-𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is strictly non-refundable but is applied toward your service total at checkout. • 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Appointments are considered "Pending" and are not guaranteed until the deposit is processed. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 • 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙣𝙚-𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙍𝙪𝙡𝙚: We allow one (1) complimentary reschedule per booking, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. Your deposit will transfer to the new date. • 𝙈𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚𝙨: Any subsequent rescheduling requests for the same appointment will result in the forfeiture of your original deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again. • 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and a charge equal to 50% of the remaining service balance. • 𝙉𝙤-𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙨: Failure to arrive without notice will result in a charge for the 100% full value of the scheduled service. 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 • 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙙: We offer a 10-minute grace period. • 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚: Arrivals 10+ minutes late may require a shortened service to avoid impacting the next guest; the full service fee still applies. • 𝘼𝙪𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Arrivals 15+ minutes late are considered a "No-Show." The appointment will be cancelled, the deposit forfeited, and the no-show fee applied. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 To ensure a luxury, high-touch experience for every guest, I reserve a specific block of time exclusively for you.
